Update 4:21 p.m.: The 50-year-old Billings man shot late Sunday night on Bilings South Side has died, Billings Police Lt. Dave Cardillo said
Police are investigating the case as a homicide, Cardillo said.
Cardillo says it happened just before 10 p.m. in the front yard of a home in the 100 block of South 31st Street.
The man was taken to a local hospital and died.
Cardillo says no suspects are in custody.
He says investigators are talking with witnesses and reviewing surveillance video.
BILLINGS - Police are investigating a late Sunday night shooting.
The shooting was reported shortly before 10 p.m. in the 100 block of South 31st Street. A 50-year-old man suffered a gunshot would and was transported by ambulance to the hospital, according to a post on Twitter by Sgt. Tina Hoeger.
No information on a possible suspect was released.
